Is it Sano or Sano? And what does Sano mean anyway?2022-08-03T09:27:38-06:00

It’s Sano, not Sano. Sano means “healthy” in Italian. Healthy Gardens. Which, not coincidentally, is where we source our fresh-frozen flower, which is the basis of every product we make.

How should I store my products?2023-04-04T11:28:03-06:00

Aqua Live Vape Pens (carts and all-in-ones): Store upright at room temperature. Avoid extreme heat and cold (leaving it in your car could lead to leaks). Careful keeping it in your pocket as our pens are made with glass.

  • If you leave your cartridge or All-In-One on its side, leave the unit mouthpiece up for about an hour before use or you can warm the unit in your hands until the oil settles at the bottom of the tank. Then take some short 2-3 puffs to saturate the wick before enjoying.

Aqua Live Rosin carts and whipped rosin: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark, dry location between 46 and 60 degrees fahrenheit.

  • Short term storage (unopened, less than 1 month): Refrigeration is recommended for storage of unopened product to avoid fluctuations in ambient temperature. Open containers should be resealed in an airtight container before being returned to cold storage.
  • Long term storage (unopened, more than 3 months): Seal containers in a secondary airtight bag before freezing or refrigerating to avoid condensation. Important: If product is stored in a fridge, freezer or cooler, allow the product to warm up to room temperature before opening.
  • Before first use: Induction seal is airtight and prevents oxidation, evaporation and leaking.
  • After opening: Induction seal fits perfectly inside the cap after opening to maintain a nearly-airtight seal between uses.

Aqua Live Resin Diamonds & Sauce and Whip: Store in a cool, dark, dry location between 50 and 70 degrees fahrenheit (think wine cellar).

  • Short term storage (unopened, less than 3 months): Refrigeration is not necessary unless moisture cannot otherwise be mitigated. Refrigeration is not recommended for open containers.
  • Long term storage (unopened, more than 6 months): Seal containers in a secondary airtight bag before freezing or refrigerating to avoid condensation. Important: If product is stored in a fridge, freezer or cooler, allow the product to warm to room temperature before opening.

As cannabis is not federally legal, shipping product is prohibited (it’s illegal). Our products are available at licensed and preferred dispensaries across the state of Colorado.

Cold weather drains batteries quickly, but our all-in-one vapes can be recharged with a micro-USB cable via the port on the bottom. A blinking light indicates low battery. The light on the bottom of the unit will light up while charging, and will turn off once fully charged.

If your all-in-one is clogged in the mouthpiece, try blowing through the port on the bottom of the unit to activate the heating element and clear the clog.

In fact, we test all products (all raw materials, extracts and final products) internally for potency, cannabinoids, terpenes, heavy metals, residual solvents, microbes, pesticides and mycotoxins. Once a batch has passed our rigorous internal testing procedure, we send it to a licensed, accredited and state-mandated testing laboratory.
